A good spread over breakfast. Good service by the staff. Room is clean and spacious. Event room is spacious and food provided is great. Well maintained gym.

Gym is a little small considering it is opened to members. May need some shelters between buildings during the rainy season.

The staff in the restaurant were absolutely outstanding as was the huge choice of foods for breakfast. Reception was a bit hit and miss but very polite with it.

I like ithat after repeating complaints, they acknowledge their faults and repeat again.

From start to end. All of it. From driver pickup to, housekeeping, to tv working, to fake advertising of beverages,to relaxing in patio to getting room service etc.

Services and facilities need improvement. We had taken the spa. Massage room is on higher floor and steam is on floor below. For males and females both have to climb one floor down to take steam. Can't just imagine how faulty the plans can be in a 5 -7 star????
