"Unexpectedly good place to stay in Central Birmingham, with a great location"

The room was better than I expected - well appointed, comfortable bed, well stocked tea/coffee with decent biscuits and a good bathroom with nice toiletries and towels. The room was quiet too. The breakfast was very nice and well worth the £14 charged

Not much. The AC/heating system was noisy but I turned it off when I slept and it didn't bother me
