"I would highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were wonderful. L"

The whole hotel was so clean. Staff were absolutely lovely. Eve at reception was so nice and made us feel welcome immediately. All the staff we met were so friendly and we could see how hard they all worked to ensure the hotel gave a feeling of professionalism.

Nothing i didn't like to be honest. I would have loved a room facing out onto the Merseyside river however ours was out towards the road. (But that's pot luck really and perhaps I should have looked more into it as I booked) Saying that, we could not even hear the traffic passing.

"Liverpool is a great place for a short three day break - the Crown Plaza is perfectly located."

The reception staff were friendly and efficient - the rest of the staff seemed to really care and everyone seemed to want to talk to you.
