"Fantastic hotel and will definitely stay later in the year"

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Staff excellent too. Lovely surprise when asked if I’d like to join the 6pm light bits and drink till 7pm. This was truly a great start to our evening in the hotel. Hope it continues in to the future.

Location was great and beds very comfortable, rooms clean. The use of the spa facilities were great to relax . The breakfast was lovely and wasn’t too busy .

"Amazing hotel in an amazing location"

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the liver building / docks. They really went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. We are very grateful.

The pool seemed a little outdated but it was still really enjoyable

Hotel is lovely with professional and good nice staff that are very helpful and take pride in their work a credit to the hotel. Food is lovely and two staff from check in Eve and serving Abi both delightful
