Silversmith Hotel Chicago Downtown

I had an amazing birthday stay at the Silversmith Hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kristopher and Beverly. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and celebrated. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the experience special. Kristopher was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure everything was perfect and offering great recommendations. Beverly brought such warmth and positive energy that every interaction felt personal and genuine. Together, they created an atmosphere that turned a simple hotel stay into a memorable birthday experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location, but it was the outstanding hospitality from Kristopher and Beverly that really stood out. I’m so grateful for the care they showed and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel if you want exceptional service and a team that truly makes guests feel valued!!

We only stayed one night but wish it had been longer! We got in to Chicago pretty early and they were very accommodating in holding our bags until a room became available so we could go explore the city. Big shout out to Beverly at the front desk! She was SO kind and helpful in getting us into a very nice room a little early so we could get some much needed rest from our travels. She made our stay such a delight! The bed was VERY comfortable and the room was clean and cozy! Couldn’t have asked for better!

The staff was very nice and accommodating for my dad and I. Beverly really helped me out when I needed a 2-bedroom last minute. Location is very convenient, and I overall recommend this hotel.

I travel a lot for work, and have experienced a wide range of accommodations and customer service. I love Chicago, and the Midwest warmth was on full display at Silversmith Hotel this past week, as we were in town for a conference. Ms. Beverly was the epitome of personalized care, and allowed us to check in early. The front desk team was kind, accommodating, and swift in fulfilling requests. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean and comfy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would return.

We highly recommend this hotel and the staff was very welcoming. We especially enjoyed getting to know Beverly, Shaniqua and Enrique. They made us feel like we were family and made sure all of our needs were met.
