They canceled our entire reservation after we online checked in on Friday for two nights.

Very clean rooms where very nice and comfortable

Staff was kinda rude when checking out the lady at the front desk wouldn't even let me talk. And there was a pool advertised on booking bit got there and no pool daughter was upset.

Great experience at the front desk and check in with Carmella I had to be dropped off 3 blocks from the hotel because of construction ??? Then at 6am I was awakes by a train? The whole hotel shook because of a train? Seriously?

We came in after midnight, and Steven working the bar was the king of hospitality! He made sure we knew that there was still hot food and drinks available after our long day. Peggy was equally superb on the front desk. A couple of rooms were having some AC issues, but she took great care of us. IHG is blessed to have them on staff, they make their company look good.

Kay from food and beverage is amazing. She deserves a raise. She is my favorite. She mixes the best drinks and she is cooler then Vanilla Ice. She deserves all the recognition. I will go out of my way to come to her bar every single time.

Went here with the family right before a rehearsal for a wedding. They immediately served us waters with straws and lids for the kids and we ordered french fries and the perfect cocktails for happy hour! Service was perfect! Prices were great thank you so much!

Over the following weeks, I spent hours communicating with both Airbnb and Jason, who represented the Crowne Plaza property. Multiple times I was told the refund request would be handled once the paperwork was submitted. Airbnb escalated the case and submitted the documentation exactly as requested. Despite repeated assurances, the hotel ultimately kept the funds and refused to issue the refund. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was informed the hotel was completely sold out during the event period, meaning the room was not sitting unused. The entire experience felt extremely deceptive and predatory, especially during a major event where rates are inflated and consumers are trying to secure lodging quickly. I will never stay at this property and would strongly caution others to carefully double-check every detail before booking.
