Being inside an old train station remodeled into a hotel was beautiful! Such a fun place! And even though it was sold out, there was very little traffic in the hotel and I didn’t hear a peep anywhere while in my room.

The construction was confusing but the email with specific directions on how to get to the valet was just in time! This place will be incredible once the construction is complete on the outside and will finally match the inside!

Liked · The nice young men helping were outstanding, very patient and accommodating to the guest. I drove and I was allowed to leave my car and not rushed to move it. I was able to unload my car, register and take my luggage and to my room. I liked my room. I had a king size bed on the first floor. I did like the train decor. I also liked it was only three floors high, in case of emergency, i.e fire, ambulance and other unexpected evacuations. The shower, however, was very nice! The food was great at the restaurant and I thought it was priced reasonably and they had plenty of seating. I had lunch. There were also restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and service. I just felt it was too far to walk to get to the convention center if you had mobility issues. The bathroom was nice but a little tight. The door and the toilet were very close and the toilet was very low. Even for me and I am a little over 5'. As for amenities, they were scarce. There was no bottled water. only lotion, and hand soap, etc. in dispensers.

Housekeeping did missed a spot vacuuming. There was some kind of casino chip left under a piece of furniture. The bridge connecting the hotel to the convention center was nice but very far from where I needed to be. There were no other people walking with me, to or from the convention center back to my room, but I did feel safe. The bathroom was nice but a little tight. The door and the toilet were very close and the toilet was very low. Even for me and I am a little over 5'. As for amenities, they were scarce. There was no bottled water. only lotion, and hand soap, etc. in dispensers.

A nice and very well-located hotel for sports venues, parks and museums, with on site parking. Good restaurants in hotel and others in the area.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel.

There was nothing about it that we didn't like.

We liked the train car stay for our 2 grandkids.

Check in took too long. I bought the breakfast package and we got there at 10:30 and were told breakfast was over. This was a breakfast buffet and they had plenty of food left. I told the worker that I would ask for a refund and go someplace else. Worker came back as we were walking away and got us a table. Food was good and waitress was very nice. We were locked out of our room when we got back a few minutes after 11. I had to back to front desk and got a key updated. Construction and the price of $50 to valet to park the car was too much. No parking options close either.

The esthetics, the theme was very nice. The train and statues were creative.

Much smaller than it appeared, the sink wasn’t drained, the stopper in the sink is a terrible idea, no microwave, no complimentary water in the refrigerator, no room service, no Bible, an incidental fee (without incidentals), no menu nor food options from nearby restaurants, no outside book of attractions and no guest parking …only valet at $50 per day …terrible
