Came from soccer and room wasn’t cleaned beds wasn’t made condition wasn’t fill called for it and never got filled

I have been here many times before, but it had been a long time. I had a lot of questions and Julio at the front desk was very accommodating and generous with his time in answering them. I really appreciated that. Being in the customer service industry, I immediately recognize someone who is giving extra effort in making their customers feel welcome. Thank you!

We stayed overnight when the hotel was relatively quiet. We had breakfast at the restaurant on site and the service was excellent! Our server, Karen, was friendly and wonderful. She made sure our coffee cups were filled and that we had extra cream, made sure we knew we could help ourselves to a second helping of the buffet and offered a beautiful smile that made the start of a long day better. We would absolutely stay again when we travel through the area.
