DoubleTree by Hilton Nashua

We had a top tier experience with the reception staff. Especially Julio, he ensured that everything was perfect for our stay after a less than satisfactory experience at the hotel restaurant. We were instructed to seat ourselves by the bar tender and told that someone would be right with us to take our order. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come we decided to leave.

Sauna access and the room was clean.

The property is quite old and the carpets in the room could need a replacement.

The location and entrance was amazing. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. We didnt want to leave the room because the beds were so comfortable. We loved the location of our room- right in the corner. The staff was bvery helpful and friendly.

The resturant could use more options but was good. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, really dirty. The water was brown because of the piping they needed to shut off for service. It was ok- just needed to run the water. The pool was closed from 6-7 because of aqua fitness. My child and his friend were not impressed with that. Then after the pool was back open, my husband noticed an elderly man not wearing appropriate bathing suit attire. I think the desk, attendant need to enforce rules because the man was wearing underwear. Not appropriate. Especially when there are younger children in a PUBLIC HOTEL POOL.

Julio helped me as I checked in prior to our BEMER event starting the next day. He not only helped me get the right room and switch around some reservations, but he helped me with a greet attitude and answered my many questions. Give Julio a raise or at least a bonus! Customer service is where it’s at when choosing a location to reside for business events! Loving the workout accommodations too! The meeting rooms look professional and I’m excited for our event this weekend at the Doubletree by Hilton in Nashua. Thank you!

staff was very helpful with check in times and room adjustments for a better mobility accessibility room request, even with assisting family member and moving travel bags also called room to be sure we were comfortable.

Convenient, clean comfortable

The shower water temperature wasn’t hot enough. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of great items but the hot items, though very good, weren’t quite hot enough.
