Location Friedly staff Room set-up and quality

There were cockroaches in the room Double payment on Booking.com and then again at the hotel

Clean bedding The reception by the porter at the door, very friendly man

Toilet was dusty, carpets too old The sanitary is too old, toilet was actually difficult to flush, shower curtain messes up the floor probably because the shower rose sprays the water all over the place as one is showering, shower door would be great It would be great if the Hotel staff could also point that guest should use the tag before pressing the floor in the lift as noted in the lift, as guests we check in very tired sometimes reading instructions might be the last thing on our mind

Staff were very friendly and it was easy to obtain help

Def. Temp control in the room is paramount without needing to report to front desk

Carpet smelling and I have bad sinuses and place not cleaned properly

I enjoyed the breakfast more than anything, they had a variety to choose from

Room was clean and comfortable. Linen crisp white and towels very clean as well. AC working great for heating the room too... Andthe modern wooden tiles helps keep room warm yet look very beautiful . Breakfast good as well .

The shower over bath.... It's a risk for falling , it's slippery though there are handles ...not the best of set ups . Also bathrooms are old they need a touch of renovations
