Excellent room, comfortable and spacious. Fantastic beds and pillows. Great location with your own exclusive Waffle House across the street for breakfast.

Only thing was the WiFi, it kept going up and down all the time. Made it a little more challenging to work remotely from the room.

Good location, friendly staff who were helpful. Easy access to parking.

Elevator stopped working the day of checkout. On the busier morning, staff had some difficulty keeping up with breakfast needs. Otherwise, no major issues.

Nice place, nice staff. I appreciate them letting us have an extended stay. I had surgery the day before and needed more time. He also made sure our stay was great and if we had any problems. Breakfast was good too.

Fix the side sliding door. We could go out but couldn't get back in. We had to walk around to the front. Whoever installed the bedside lamps put them on the wrong side in room 703. The power-on button is not next to you. You have to reach your hand around to the other side to turn it on. Other than that I was would gladly come back.

Comfortable room with good facilities

Poor signage on approach. Mismatch between hotel policy and Booking..com policy. Booking.com stated to pay at the hotel but our booking was cancelled by the hotel as payment not made in advance of our arrival. A new booking had to be made.

There was a fire, flooding, and mildew

Fire flooding, Mildred. Customer Service staff rude and blunt at check in and check out. Had an air that it was beneath them to talk to and provide good service to the guest. Not only with me but witnessed it with other guests. None of the amenities were available to use. Pool stayed closed. Only one elevator worked. Door entering and exited the property did not work properly even with the key card so had to walk around building to find an open door to get in.

My room was large and clean; bedlinens were good.

Several charging plugs didn't work -- discovered when phone didn't charge overnight. No maid service the first night, even though I was out of the room all day. No coffee the entire time, machines were broken and ran out of juice. No eggs at 8am one day. Although name of hotel was Holiday Inn Perimeter Mall, hotel was nearly 2 miles away from the mall, not walkable! Misleading. No place walkable to eat and snacks at hotel were nearly nonexistant. Front desk staff was abrupt -- "you need to come get your own towels"
