Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Perimeter Mall Hotel by IHG

Good location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was okay. Free parking.

Rooms are dated with old AC units, room got humid at times, only 1 elevator working, you have to sign up for room service.

Breakfast was enjoyable

My room door never locked, room service didn’t come to my room, didn’t receive my key until the next day and it didn’t work when I got it.

Goed hotel die prima bereikbaar is vanaf Atlanta. Wij moesten in Marietta zijn, dat was dichtbij. Parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel is inbegrepen. Dat was erg prettig. Met vier personen op een kamer met 2 kingsize bedden is een uitdaging, maar was te doen. Lekkere douche en prima airco. Metro naar Atlanta was in de buurt (4 min met de auto) en prima te doen.

Ontbijt was matig. Koffieautomaat was kapot, hier werd niet in vervanging voorzien. Uiteraard was er thee en dat was ook prima. Wasmachine en droger werkten niet.

2 hours prior to arrival, I received an automated message that my payment couldn't be processed, which I thought was odd since it was pay upon arrival booking. At that moment I processed the payment on the booking.com app. Then upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that booking hadn't sent the payment yet and that my reservation was cancelled. I then was required to pay additionally at the hotel and was then double charged for this booking. I still have yet to receive a refund of the double payment.

The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. It stated pool on my reservation and there was not one.
