Hotel guests friendly, right location, decent price.

Free breakfast worse than similar free breakfasts elsewhere. Sausage was leathery. Sound of social area entered room.

All good over all

It’s not a clean place at all, but we had no other choice to stay there. The cleaning is not detailed at all. they have smoking right in front of the door with people with asthma trying to come in and check in. It’s horrible. The rooms are just barely cleaned dirt on the walls around the toilet. The ceiling is just dirty. The staff not really even friendly and half of them don’t even speak English. Just not a real good place but when you’re visiting family and it’s the only place that’s close you suffer, but they need to clean their place more detailed.

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom was dirty which left me wondering what else was dirty.

Very clean. Good breakfast in the morning with plenty of choices. Very friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised with this stay.

Location was quiet and safe. Front desk staff were very friendly. When we got to the room, our TV cable didn’t work. A quick call to the desk and the problem was remedied immediately by replacing the TV. We stayed here for the location near the hospital where my mom was having surgery the next day, which was a quick 15 minutes away. Beds and room were super comfortable, room was large and included a sofa and desk, so we had a super comfortable stay. Would most definitely stay here again!

Place was value for money.

I don't know where to begin. First, the room I thought I'd reserved was an actual 'King Suite' which I was hoping would be much bigger room and accommodating space for a family. They couldn't switch us to a 'double queen' size room so we're stuck with 4 adults and a child in one king bed room, and then we're charged extra per person anyway even they weren't able to accommodate us with the appropriate room size. The room in general looks unkept, carpet is stained and dirty. Then, the room we're assigned in had a big spotlight shining through our room and the worst is that the second 'big curtain' that's supposed to block off the light from the outside can only be closed 1/4 way of the entire window so basically we went to sleep with a bright light from their outside 'spotlight' lighting. Other little things like hair blower wasn't working, counters and bottom looked dirty. Lastly, the water from their pool looked so dirty or been filled with too much chlorine. Overall, I feel like I overpaid for the overnight rate we spent there (as if I rented an 4-5 starts hotel but it's more like a 2 star motel) and everything from our experience was very disappointing, unfortunately. I will not come back to this hotel nor will recommend anyone to go here, unless they make some or big changes.
