"Everything was fine except for the breakfasr."

The breakfast was very disappointing. We got to the breakfast area at about 7:30. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were cold. The helper said she would warm it up, but she warmed it too long. The biscuit was then so hard that I could barely cut it. There were no muffins. The only remaining cinnamon roll had been cut into 4 pieces and was very dry. There were no hard boiled eggs, cartons of milk or yogurt. The cold water spigot in the juice dispenser was empty. The bananas were gone. We always enjoy the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express, but not this time.

nice hotel - good location to event

no milk for breakfast? so no cereal truck would be in early next week with milk? .. there is a pilot next door ?? walk over and get some? gravy no biscuits? you pay for a hotel with breakfast and they have no breakfast door to pool timer was goofed so cards wouldn’t open pool area we got yelled at for boys jumping into pool lol- nice hotel nice pool poor breakfast poor staff

Courtney was the front desk staff when we checked in and despite a hiccup with booking.com payment, she did her absolute best to make things as quick as possible and really went above and beyond. Thank you Courtney.

booking.com problem with payment and resolving it over the phone was a bit more complicated then it should have been.
