Allure Hotel & Conference Center

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! I would go back just to sleep in that bed!

We had a long-standing reservation at Allure Hotel & Conference Centre that was abruptly cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice. While unexpected situations can occur, the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and demonstrated an alarming lack of client care. There was no attempt to assist us with alternative accommodations, and no compensation was offered for the additional costs or the disruption this caused. Our group was left scrambling to find last-minute lodging at a higher price, with zero support or follow-up from the hotel. What’s worse, we sent two emails to the General Manager seeking resolution, and neither received a response. This silence speaks volumes about how little regard the hotel has for its guests once they’re no longer convenient to accommodate. The absence of accountability, communication, and even the most basic level of guest support is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that presents itself as a professional conference centre. We were treated as disposable, and that lack of care is something we will not forget. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values service, respect, or reliability.

The bathroom tub in room 224 needs an upgrade. It had mold and stains on the bottom of the tub. Wallpaper was coming off in big sections. The outside west side of the building had big panels coming off. Will not stay here again.

Nothing at all bedsheets had a bad smell on them.

Staff are lazy requested something and didn’t get an answer the whole night.

I liked that it had a poop and a gym. Also drive up hotel rooms was a nice feature.

Our rooms smelt terribly like cigarette, there was still hair in the tub from the previous user. It felt like they do not clean their hotel rooms properly just a quick sweep. I called front desk to send something for the smell of cigarette they showed up at my door a few minutes later with a glade aerosol spray. Typically hotels will leave soap/shampoo and of course it’s never a standard size but this was incredibly small. Very cheap

Toilet ran all night off and on. Shower went from luke warm to boiling hot off and on. Otherwise, staff was great. That older wing seems beat down a bit
