Allure Hotel & Conference Center

I remember when this hotel was the Holiday Inn. It used to be such a beautiful property. Now it's run down and the bathroom is disgusting. Rust stains all inside from the toilet leaking. Mold and hair inside the bathtub. Wallpaper is falling off. The outside door is open no need to use your key card. I would never stay here again and the worst part of this I paid $200. a night. What a ripoff.

This “hotel” is in a great location and the employee who checked me in was fantastic. However this hotel is run down and falling apart and no one seems to care. With all the wallpaper bubble and wallpaper falling down I suspect water damage in the walls leading to Mold. Here for a hockey tournament and another family believed they found blood on the bed sheets There is zero curb appeal and the parking lot is filthy with leaves and downed tree branches. The carpets are old and stained. I can keep going on with lots of negatives but this hotel doesn’t deserve my time even if it’s a negative review. I would never come back to this hotel even if it’s the only and last one available as I would prefer my car.

Check in was easy. It was a one night stay for concert tickets we had. Location was good. Room was spacious.

This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the rooms are small and all carpeted. The bathrooms are dirty sickness tub and shower curtains stained. They give you two towels and barely any toilet paper. The pool was freezing cold they lied at the front desk and said that the heater was fixed and it wasn’t. The hot tub was closed off because it was out of order the pool room, the bathroom/Chang room and the gym was freezing cold. They dismissed all my concerns. They lied to me so they didn’t have to deal with the issues. Hotel is completely outdated. Wallpaper falling off walls and many doors not secured so anyone can come into the building. I highly suggest to not stay here, it’s Over priced garbage.

The breakfast was a typical, standard buffet breakfast.

Very rundown. Rooms not clean. Needs serious overhaul. Would highly NOT recommend!!! Definitely not a family hotel.

It was a hockey tournament booking and the security kept chasing kids around telling them to go to bed by 10. As a hockey tournament booking, kids staying out of their rooms late should be expected. The carpet is really dirty and there’s a musty smell in some areas of the hotel. Also it takes a long time to go from one area of the hotel to the other if not everybody is in the same area. It makes it difficult and hard to navigate. Also it was extremely expensive. Priced like a luxury hotel but definitely not luxury.

Convenient to convention on same floor as rooms

Worst experience in a hotel in Ontario. Staff are rude, useless and make your experience miserable. We felt we could not even breathe in the hall and we got chased from security. Bathrooms are full of mold, wallpaper coming down and water does not flush. Do your self a favour and don’t book this hotel.
