Allure Hotel & Conference Center

We stayed hear with our cheer team. The pool was "broken down" and we were not notified at check in. When we went to go to the pool, we were told it was down. No compensation for the inconvenience. Then we had our team in the hall making crafts etc. And were told by security that needed to move and no other space would be available for them to hang out in at 7pm. My son who is 5 was told he could play mini sticks in the hall with his foan puck as it could damage their walls. It is not a family hotel and charge too much per night for no pool or space for groups. On top of all this the staff were rude and yelled at all of the children who are 7 and under. Will never stay there again.

Bed was terrible. Furniture was falling apart. Stains on floor. Everything was dated.

Never had breakfast

Hockey Tournament, kids playing sticks in the hallway, constantly banging on the door with the ball, stick or a solid, body check.

Booked a room standard room with two double beds for my sister in law and I through Expedia, once we got to our room there was one queen bed only. I went back to the front desk and they kept telling me they were fully booked and didn’t have our proper room available with no explanation why we didn’t get it on the first place. I asked for a second room and that wasn’t an option. They kept insisting took bring us cot and take 25$ off the bill, I paid 268$ for a low end hotel, this wasn’t going to happen. I then asked for a full refund and we were going to find a new hotel, the manager then came out, after waiting for him another 15 minutes he said “no worries sir we will give you a room with two double beds like I was at wrong because I got the incorrect room.Obviously had spare emergency rooms available, why did I need to waste all this time and threat to leave to get my room. Also the hot tub was none functional,of course just like last time I stayed here the hot tub was not functioning either, you would think the front desk lady would know of this issue and advise the customers asking about the hot tub especially when you ask her twice because you seen a sign a the hot tub itself, asking other st the pool the hot tub has been closed for the last 2 days.

We went with 6 other families for a hockey tournment, the hotel was quite even though being filled with kids from the hockey tournment. Rooms were clean, microwaves were a bonus, mini fridges were big. Only issue was how loud the heating units in each room were. If the heater is not on it just blows cold air in from the outside and the room quickly gets very cold. Also the boys were looking forward to using the pool facilities which were conveniently closed for the weekend and the front desk couldn't tell use why.

We came home with bedbugs the pool jacuzzi and sauna were filthy and sauna didn't work you better warn people I want my money back there was no one else on the property disgusting
