"Excellent hotel close to the airport and other venues."

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and fresh. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel has a restaurant on site, and the hotel has a great variety of snacks non alcohol refreshments

"Incompetent service"

Arrived back from Cuba Jan 21 at 2:15 am and had a reservation at holiday inn 600 dixon. Shuttle service on reservation was 24/7 so I phoned and they said no shuttle service until 4am. I was left stranded so I called a taxi to hotel. Complete incompetence...
