Very comfortable place, delicious food and graet service, i love it so much

The customer service was exceptional, making this a great destination for families. The environment was very inclusive, and the kids' club was amazing for our six-year-old twins. A massive shout-out to all the staff, especially Maikel Pare and Sugitar, for making it a memorable experience.

Minor complaint with the rubbish outside.

Spa, Pool & access to beach

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, schön und sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend, das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Pool und das Meer. Das Essen im Restaurant war recht gut und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.. Für einen Zwischenaufenthalt in Flughafennähe bestens geeignet, für einen reinen Urlaub hätte uns die Lage und der Strand allerdings nicht zugesagt

Der Strand war regelrecht Horror. Wir sind zu einer Zeit dort gewesen, in welcher der Müll von den Nachbarinseln direkt an diesen Strand gespült wurde (Mitte Januar). Das war einfach nur ekelhaft und von daher haben wir uns ausschließlich im Hotel aufgehalten, welches wirklich sehr schön ist. Wir haben einen Ausflug vom Hotel aus gebucht, welcher sich zu einer Werbefahrt (Seidenherstellung und Leder) herausgestellt hat und im Verhältnis extrem teuer war. Für uns ein ziemlicher Reinfall. Auch die direkte Umgebung vom Hotel ist nicht sehr einladend. Unsere gute Bewertung bezieht sich rein auf das Hotel

Absolutely amazing service from all staff. From our welcome, to our departure there was nothing we could fault. The room was just as it was described and bigger than expected. The food options at the hotel were plentiful and delicious with both a Western and Asian style menu available. The kids activities were great and so well thought out to include children of all ages. The pool was lovely with a swim up bar. The hotel is adjacent to the beach with a lovely scenic walking trail.It is located so close to the airport but you'd never know, we really appreciated the 24hr transfer service too! Our flight was delayed and having a smiling face waiting for us at 2am after our flight delays and exhaustion with 3 children in tow was a breath of fresh air. We originally stayed due to alate flight in but we ended up staying over a week. We are so grateful to the incredible staff at Holiday Inn Baruna Bali and can't wait to return. Thank you so very much. A special shout out to Prima in the restaurant who greeted us every morning with a beautiful smile and amazing service (as did all the amazing people who work here).
