Der Kellner Indra war einfach toll. Er hat uns das Gefühl gegeben zuhause zu sein. Wir haben noch nie solch einen aufmerksamen, überfreundlichen Kellner erlebt. Er ist einzigartig und was ganz besonderes.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir sind wegen dem Lärm öfters wach geworden.

Complimentary airport transfer is good. Location of hotel is near airport and swimming pool is not crowded. Breakfast is above average and the staff, especially the check in staff is excellent! BBQ dinner (photos) is okay with reasonable price.

Need to improve on housekeeping. One of the small towel has stain on it. Consumables like coffee and tea bag are not replenished after house keeping.

Always amazing stay with Holiday Inn Baruna We appreciate Ketut in the pool, Dede at the pool bar, Prama at Envy, Lorenzo in reception, Ardha as always so special. We love the breakfast buffet and all the options and we enjoyed the food and cocktails at Envy. The service is exceptional throughout, you should be proud of all your staff.

To be honest, the grounds are nice. Well kept and spacious. The team is very good and smiley. The family rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is good because there is a very wide selection of food. Maikel is a very good manager and found us a solution to the problems we had. Thanks to him I made the score higher.

The beach is horrible! Basically it is not at all similar to the photos and it is under work but no construction workers on site during our short stay. The kids playground was forbidden of access too so it created a lot of frustration for us on how to occupy the young kids outside. No animations but then again we only stayed one night. We had already booked 2 nights on the way back home so let's see if that is better....
