Hampton Inn & Suites Macon I-75 North

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean including our room. The breakfast had quality items on the buffet.

There was a large stain on the carpet in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The was damage to one of the nightstand on the right side. There was damage to the shower door track clips. There were black spots that looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling over the toilet.

Staff was rude and I checked out early because of it. Checked out 2 hours after checking in Worst stay at a Hampton Inn ever. I want my money back but thats highly unlikely .

I left my purse in the room on checkout. I was notified that they had found my purse but on picking it up, my significant amount of cash was gone. Three people had access to my purse. All denied taking the money. It is the general manager that addresses safety issues. The general manager was not available at the time. I was told there was nothing the staff on site could do. The general manager would investigate and call back. Almost a week has gone by and I am still waiting. I did contact Hilton/Hampton corporate offices. Their response was the same, this is to be handled by the general manager. I was told I needed to have proof of how much cash I had. I’m not quite sure how to do that. My advice would be to stay away.
