"Holiday in Wales"

Comfortable room near bar and restaurant with no steps which was ideal for disabled companion. The breakfast was delicious and evening meals very good. Ideal location for Roman Remains at Caerleon and Caerwent and Norman Castles at Chepstow with many more in driving distance. Tintern Abbey and the Wye Valley are nearby. An ideal centre for exploring the area.

"Enjoyable stay"

We had a really comfortable stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was really cosy and comfy with Sky TV Fabulous pillows and piping hot water in the bathroom, a bit of plumbing noise but nothing to cause concern. In fact generally this hotel is very peaceful with good facilities. The bar area is well equipped very clean and modern, we had an evening meal here which was superb. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice of cold or hot food and friendly staff. We have used this brand before but have to say this has to be one of the best we have been to and would certainly return any time.

"A very nice stay"

Staff were very polite and friendly. Everything was easy. Our evening meal was good. The receptionist Meg was very welcoming. Marie in the breakfast room was extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and our bed was very comfortable.
