"A lovely little break with lots to do as a family locally within a short walk"

We have been visiting this hotel twice a year for about 20 years . My children loved visiting wonderland when small and we have carried on coming as a family . Lovely memories and the perfect little break

The only thing we found a little uncomfy on this occasion was the mattresses. They are really bulky and not as comfortable as before so we didn’t sleep as well has we normally would .

Enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was lovely . Staff were brilliant especially the gents at the bar . 1 helped when my niece got stung by a wasp and gave her a drink and some wrapped ice . Thankypu for your help .

Mattress wasn’t comfy it was bulky and bulging so felt bumpy

"Amazing stay!"

The property was well located a 6 minute drive from Telford Central Station and about 10 minutes to my cousin’s house (who I was visiting). Upon arrival, we loved the decor - beautiful furniture and bright surroundings. The room was likewise beautiful with very clean and comfortable bedding. It was also very quiet. The Olive Tree restaurant is beautiful - well lit and decorated. The dinner there is amazing - the dessert was delicious. The staff are exceptionally polite and friendly - particularly the ones serving at the restaurant. They were keen for us to enjoy our stay and continuously asked if our food was satisfactory. They were also very mindful of my baby which I really appreciated. I also need to comment on the baby changing toilet in the lobby which was amazing - so clean and easy to use! In summary, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in future.

Firstly, we were very unhappy about the fact that despite having requested a room about ground, we were placed on the ground floor. Secondly, we did not enjoy the breakfast - there is a lot of improvement to be done in that respect. Thirdly the bathroom was not exceptionally clean as expected. The tap has some wear and tear.
