"Excellent hotel with great staff"

The hotel was exceptionally clean, excellent location for the International Centre and the staff were incredibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling. We really enjoyed the bar area and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

There was nothing we didn't like. The hotel is excellent and we would highly recommend.

Large car park, good location, efficient, helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Facilities good.

Recent refurbishment thoughtless and seemed to take no account of customer needs: Beds were too soft and much too high, posing a serious risk to elderly customers attempting to get out of bed. I booked 2 adults and a child for my stay and got a room with 2double beds and one single centrally located bedside table. THERE IS ALWAYS A BEDSIDE TABLE ON EACH SIDE OF A DOUBLE BED for very obvious and useful reasons.
