The convenience of the location.

We were on the 7th floor and only one elevator was working. It took several minutes to get to us and there was always a line. The carpets in our room were stained, and it was very humid. No fridge or microwave in the room. There was a microwave by the checkin desk but that was several floors away from our room. We had four people and only two towels and parking was limited.

They never came to empty the trash. It took them 2 days to get fresh towels. On the last day there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

I love that you have inside access to the convention center. It’s a long walk but if the weather is poor, you can stay completely inside with your kids.

The rooms are old. Our first room was so bad with mold smell it made me nauseous. We had to change rooms, the second room was better but still smelled. The towels were not clean. The wash cloth even had lipstick on it. We went to Walmart and bought our own towels. The bed was ok but, I was worried about cleanliness since the towels were gross. We paid extra to have a fridge and microwave. It did not have either and they were rented out when we got there. The elevator was broken so 1 elevator for 9 floors. We waited over 30 minutes just to get the elevator down to check out. A friend got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. So at one point no elevator at all. We were on the 6th floor.

It was convenient to the convention center

There was only one elevator and always took 15 min to get up to level 7 and ac didn’t work all weekend no towels at pool they was all dirty in the bin and trash everywhere was overflowing

I stay here everytime I come to Fort Smith. I just love it there. So peaceful and quiet and love having a nice restaurant right there. The food is delicious.
