Radisson Hotel West Memphis

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate, making it easy to access. The atmosphere is relatively new and calm, which is refreshing. The rooms are decent, but the beds are a bit cheap. I think the mattresses could use more investment and firmer support. The cleanliness was satisfactory, with the floors, towels, and other amenities being spotless. However, the bathrooms could use a bit more attention, especially the tubs. Since my phone didn’t work when I got in, I appreciated the working Wi-Fi and hot water. As well as the complimentary hot coffee and tea. One improvement I think would help is shower water pressure could be improved.

Weird smell and loud in room air conditioner

Our rooms were very clean and stocked with the usual items. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had good options and good food!! We had 4 rooms with no complaints!!! We enjoyed our stay!!

Everyone was beyond professional and knew their jobs. Misty was exceptional and took excellent care of us.

Door would not seal from hallway where pot smoke easily drifted back into our room.

This is our first time staying at this hotel chain and we were pleasantly surprised especially since this was a last minute reservation due to an issue at our previous hotel chain that we had a reservation at. Everyone was friendly and helpful!! The rooms were exceptionally clean!!
