Radisson Hotel West Memphis

Everything went very well from check in to check out. The room was very nice and clean with modern technology. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. The breakfast was hot and very good. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Misty at the front desk is the epitome of what all customer service employees should be like everywhere. I called and spoke to her several times before we could leave on our trip, due to our vehicle breaking down. Never once did she show any signs of hesitation in helping me. I walked in yesterday and I said "OMG" we finally made it. I didn't know the representative behind the counter was Misty. She said you must be Miss Lake. I laughed and asked are you Misty, she replied yes. I gave her a tip, why because she treated me so well on the phone. Believe me I was beyond stressed out. If Choice Hotels does anything for their employees like Misty she definitely deserves to be honored with it. On our way home we are definitely staying here and everytime we go to Texas. The hotel was clean inside and out. Our room was exceptional. Oh the food at the on-site restaurant was beyond amazing. The waitress and the cook (aka chef) we're both very nice, friendly and caring. Breakfast I know I will be saying, Ooh It's So Good! The maintenance man fixed our remote issue in our room very quickly. The dark out curtains were absolutely the greatest I've ever seen. The location is perfect for heading into TN as well as getting back and forth to the casino. The interior decor is spot on for location. The dining room and bar serve good food and stiff drinks.

Some of the rooms need to be updated as far as fixtures especially the bathroom.

Very friendly staff and convenient location

The staff at this hotel were excellent — friendly, attentive, and full of great local recommendations for exploring the area. Breakfast was enjoyable, and both the lobby and breakfast/bar areas were nicely designed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. The pool had visible rust along the sides, and the surrounding area was rundown, which made us uneasy about venturing out after dark. We did park directly in front of the hotel and, thankfully, had no issues with our vehicle. Our room was average. The dark stains on the shower floor made it appear less than clean, and there were no drawers for clothing — just a small closet with a few hangers. The pillows didn’t fit the king-size bed, the A/C unit worked but was loud and rattly, and the TV remote wasn’t properly connected. Overall, we expected more from our stay. The outstanding staff truly made the difference — without them, we likely would not have stayed

The staff were very helpful and friendly Clean facilities, very comfortable. Catered to our group of ten from Australia. The buffet breakfast was great, a wonderful variety of food. They have an on-site restaurant with authentic Southern-style food- superb customer service from Shannon and the chef Blane! Misty and Buja at the reception was a great help! Highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were clean and staff was very attentive. Overall, excellent stay.

Rooms were clean, large and hardwood floors. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was easy access to 55 coming and going. Just a short drive to Tennessee.

Parking very accessible, rooms very clean, and front desk staff friendly, courteous, and helpful.
