We were there to see London Bridge and the other attractions. We stayed at this hotel previously a few years ago and it was ok. Its now badly in need of a refurbishment, in poor condition.

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were pretty old. The patio was covered in animal urine. Not really what I would expect from a Hilton associated property

Beautiful view

Bed was old and creaking. Spring out in one mattress. Phone broken, iron broken, key did not work. We left after 1 night it was so bad.

The facility was very pretty, great location, the pool was beautiful, the breakfast area was great and the food was plentiful and great! All staff that we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. We had a very nice stay and would certainly stay here again. The location with the lake view was excellent!

Our room set up was great and veiw was awesome of pool and lake. The only suggestion I have would be to have some work done on the bathroom shower caulking and overall cleanliness of bathroom, tile floors. Also, suggest to have the pillow cases/sheets exchanged at least every other day, without having to ask for that. But, none of these issues were extreme, and we totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!!
