There was only one chair in the room. There was garbage left in a garbage can. Was over charged for the room. It was booked through Booking.com. Price did not match Booking.Com was over by $45.00

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit sehr schön gestalteten Pool. Gutes Frühstück mit zahlreichen Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Leider hatten wir Betten, welche beim Umdrehen ständig knatzten und quietschten. So etwas gehört ausgewechselt.

Frühstück war ok. Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum auf den Lake Havasu.

Sehr alte in die jahre gekommene Zimmer. Armaturen im Bad defekt. Schmuddeliges älteres Zimmer. Viele defekte abgenützte Möbel. Lift/Aufzug war defekt. Als Decke nur 1 einziges Leintuch sehr ungemütlich und kalt. Zu wenige Bade-und Duschtücher.

Not only is the location great, but there's a hot, complimentary breakfast! The staff is really nice.

My only complaint is that my room keys kept having issues opening the door to my room.
