"Friendly, responsive, competent staff; comfortable room, great location; Just couldn't use the tub."

The cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning my room. The policy is that the room will be thoroughly cleaned every two weeks for a stay longer than two weeks. Therefore, they really do a nice job when they provide that cleaning.

I could not use the bathtub for a hot bath. The stopper mechanism did not operate. Also, the area around the drain had alot of spackle or something. I think they may have tried to repair the stopper mechanism but were unsuccessful.

Room was still dirty, floor not swept, the door couldn’t lock. It was like someone broke up or made it bad to easily break in.

the staff was nice and helpful.

The room smelled clean and looked clean but when we went to get into the shower there was hair and something brown came out of the drain and around the sink there was hair climbing around the sink. let staff know but all they side was sorry..
