The location was why I stayed.

There were no towels in the room. Cleanliness of the room was not the best. Bathroom wall the paint was boiled up and coming off. The fan was part way out of the wall. With toilet paper stuff in the hole to keep the fan from falling the rest of the way out.

It's comfortable and clean

The staff was really friendly and helpful

I reserved a room online for a separate day and when I arrived at the hotel, I was told I am not allowed to reserve rooms in the future. I was told there was an incident with the room which is why I cannot reserve rooms. The reason given is that I was accused of smoking in my room during my previous stay. I did not smoke in my room during my stay. I was given a refund but the refund would take several business days to get back. Without the refund I no longer had enough money to reserve a room with another hotel. Unfortunately I had to sleep in my car as a result of not getting my money back. I don’t think this was ok for the hotel to accuse me of smoking in my room and not allowing me to reserve a room in the future:

The location and what was convenient as far as places to eat and things to do and the young lady Ericha and the lady that work nights that helped me all weekend were amazing.

The cleanliness of the property

Nothing

Everything. The first room was disguising - it was almost like she knew cause she said “imma call in about 10-15 mins to make sure the room is clean and good to go” so yeah got moved to another one and it was better but still very dirty and nasty. I cannot believe they have people staying there with kids. I will never again. NEVER. AND to add on. After moving rooms in no ac in my car upstairs twice alone with a one year old. I went to wash my hands after getting him down to bed and there was no soap towels nothing. Lmao even the disgusting room had those. I didn’t even think about looking when i checked the room cause it was still really bad. And i just focused on keep my son busy and not on the floor.
