The location was right where I needed to be for my visit there in Phoenix. The shift person that checked me out on today 05/16 was very pleasant.

Dirty the room was dirty, there is a mouse whole in the bathroom. The carpet needs to be replaced. The tub was 1/2 caulked and water coming out of the bottom. The sink is missing the stopper so my earring fell in the drain. The microwave and vent hood is rusted both should be replaced. There is a lot of drug activity and two broken down wrecked cars in the parking lot. I’m guessing people live there on the premises so I lived under people that fought loud all night. I was in room 216.

The location of the hotel was okay and had restaurants and nearby stores.

Our room was dirty. The carpet was stained and smelled like smoke once I walked in which I asked for a non-smoking room. And there was a cockroach in the bathroom tub and kitchen area. I admittedly went back to the front desk clerk to ask for another room and she said she didn't have any so I asked for my refund back. I will not ever stay there. Also, the front desk clerk was rude.
