I booked the hotel just to get told when o got there they would not let me check into my room and I had to go somewhere else and they gave me no reason or explanation as to why and I didn't get all my money back. I've been in the hospital for a long time and w a nt able to take care of this but I definitely want and need all my money back or I will be calling my really good lawyer to take care of it.
