"We were not able to use the facility because the rooms smelled bad and were not in good repair."

The locations was good. The staff was courteous.

Two presenters for a conference for the Arizona Suzuki Association were booked to start this location. When they arrived they felt the rooms were not clean and they smelled bad. The staff was courteous but they declined to use the facility. We are hoping for a refund.

We had to wait 2.5hrs to be checked in because we arrived after midnight. And we're told it was normal. Now it makes sense why availability and price range was so Slow

The girl at the lobby was nice, she tried to make me feel safe by telling me police patrol the area at night.

Place feels sketchy. Unsafe feeling for a solo traveller. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. No cooking utensils nor glasses, dishes, etc. No hairdryer. Marijuana smell all over the property. Room extremely badly maintained.

"Most disturbing room I have ever stayed in."

When I arrived at the Extended Stay Tempe Airport, they sent me away. They told me they had no rooms available and it didn’t matter that I had a reservation. They sent me to the Extended Stay on Oak St. the Oak St. facility refused to honor the price I was paying at the first Extended Stay. They wanted $195 a night. I called Booking.com and was speaking to a person that was trying to straighten it out. However, the phone call was disconnected and the agent did not call back. I was in a city that was 5 hours from home and had no place to stay. I had concert tickets for that night also. I ended up rebooking on Booking.com for the Oak Street ESA. The lady at the front desk was not very nice and booked us into the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The carpeting was completely stained and the room smelled. There was a pubic hair on the tub and stains on the headboard and walls. There were what looked like bullet holes in the door. I was completely grossed out by this room, but I had no other choice except to stay there. Due to all of this delay in checking in I also missed the opening act of the concert.

The room was disgusting. It smelled and had the most stained carpet I have ever seen.
