It wasn’t a good area close to where I needed to be a lot of stores nearby

It was very disgusting. The room smell like smoke. It was very, very dirty. There was roaches everywhere.

The front desk was unhelpful. The room was dirty. The stairs were dangerous needs so improvement.

Location

The manage put me into someone else's room. When I went back to the office she laughed and said "was the occupants in it"? She put me in a different room that didn't have a mattress on the pull out. She said "oh there's no mattress"? I can give you sheets to lay on it.
