Super nice staff

Location was right off the freeway. Close to restaurants.

Although the restroom was clean, it had a strong smelled of urine. Needs to be cleaned with bleach.

The booking claimed there was a free “grab-n-go” breakfast (like almost every hotel has). I wake up in the morning to zero breakfast? The staff told me oh it’s okay because I can order really expensive room service. There were two other groups of people there as well, complaining about the same thing.

Cockroach in the room and the ac was super load and called front desk and they wouldn’t answer.

Nothing really. They appear to be updating it but where we stayed it was finished and very nice.

Disappointed. Probably the worst IHG experience I've had, front staff never said hello goodbye, good morning. Web site said no breakfast due to remodeling but to go sack lunch available...NOT! Lobby was visually cold and unassuming. Odd lay out of the place: the floors had 6 step you have to maneuver to get to your room depending on where you stayed, one elevator on the back side. The room was a mishmash of furniture, looks like they were bought from "Motel Closing Sale." No microwave!!! Toilet seat was loose too. Little overpriced for what you get. Hallway outside the room had an industrial air dryer to circulate the cool air until HVAC repair could get to it (per housekeeping it's been that way for a week.) Major potholes in the parking area
