"Disappointing"

Friendly staff

Almost all the amenities were unavailable due to construction. Would have liked to know this ahead of time. I was told during check in that I could cancel the reservation free of charge, but where else could I go at that point? I feel like I was duped. No offer of a discount of anything. $250 for one night at a hotel that has no amenities available. What a rip off.

In the area we were needed to be in

construction on the property that closed half the building and limited room types. I booked a Double Queen (2 queens) but upon arrival I was assigned and charged for a King with a pullout sofa, which wasn’t as comfortable and also cost more. They said someone should have notified us ahead of time, but we did not receive any notification. When we checked out the front desk was able to give us a discount on the nightly rate and also waive the daily parking fee (which I wasn’t aware they had)

"I feel ripped off and scamed Iwant my money back"

Nothing. It sucked and was misrepresented in presentation. Bait and dissapoint .

Construction noise. No restaurants. No facilities. No dishes or cooking or cutlery in kitchens. Complete ripoff I demand a refund. Motel Six is better. TV outdated, no channels like YouTube.

There was nothing to like it was noisy and under construction beds made a lot of noise

Seriously disappointed!!! No where did it say prior to booking that they were renovating the hotel, with no amenities as noted. No discount for inconvenience. Anyone booking hotel, know that they are renovating till end of year.
