"Spacious room but stuffy, friendly staff, remodeling"

Our room was massive! Great for our 4 y/o grandson to have room to play Staff was friendly

It was quite stuffy indoors I appreciate that they were open during remodeling, but it would have been nice to be notified before booking and have been given a reduced rate

"One star for a 4 star price"

Nothing....

All the construction going on. No working coffee maker in the room. Phone only worked on speaker phone mode. Only two sets of towels and I had a total of 4 guests registered. Staff was very nice though. It was not worth the 250.00 dollars a night they charged and they emptied my checking account cause I could not use cash wich affected the rest of my vacation and other reservations I had for the remainder of my trip.it was a total inconvenience to my vacation they ruined.....(and they shouldn't charge 10 bucks a day to park on the property) the construction staff isn't paying 5000 bucks a day for the 50 parking spots they are using.....

"Poor value, bad condition."

The hotel was undergoing a renovation so earplugs are supplied to each guest. There was no mention of this when you book a room. There is no restaurant for the free breakfast. There are hotels across the street that offer that and I would have stayed in those nicer hotels. It was no different than the Motel 6 next door except more expensive. I felt ripped off.

Under construction. Had to find the lobby in the middle of the hotel late at night because it was closed for renovation.

Our poolside balcony view.

Water backing up in the shower. Water backing up in the bathroom sink. The pipes stunk like sewer no parking in the parking lot due to construction that you didn't warn us about. No breakfast was served as stated in the description..
