It had lots of room

Dead bugs in my room. In window area. Rip in my sheets All kinds of dirt buildup behind the door. You can tell it’s been awhile since it has had a good cleaning. Very dirty floor. Someone needs to tell them you have to use vacuum attachment or actually move the furniture to get it clean!!! Absolutely not acceptable

Airmen and soldiers stay away from this place. This is a nasty place right along with the nasty employees. These are some awful rooms. This is hotel use to be a Holiday Inn… they kept the mattresses … not worth it

I unexpectedly booked a room here (#304) to rest after several hours of driving. I have some issues with the state of the room: there appears to be smeared blood on the curtain covering the window.

The lady at the desk said I cannot pay cash and I told her I had to go get another card outside in my car and she canceled my reservation then when I came in with a different card she gave me a whole different room did not have a balcony which I paid for did not have a role in handicap accessible shower for my wife like stated online in my reservation she said she gave my room to someone else I was not outside more than 5 minutes she said there is nothing she could do there were no more rooms where the balcony or handicapped shower I feel like there's something she could try to do she did not even offer anything when I told her I would go to another hotel if this card did not work

Just outdated. First time ever in a stay had to switch rooms because the sheets were clean. Probably a nice place at one time.

Service was excellent

The staff were courteous and the beds comfortable. However, the shower had rust along the bottom edges and streaking the wall. The shower vent was filled with dust. The connector on the telephone cord to the room phone was completely severed (the manager said she would put in a work order). Breakfast was okay but nothing special. For a room that cost $172.00 (including taxes), I expect much better attention to detail and much cleaner shower facilities.

Clean property. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room were nice and clean.
