"It was great other than trying to move me. That was stressful"

It seemed clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.

I’d booked the room a month in advance of the Indy 500 and the day before they called and told me that they were moving me to a different location. I complained and they called back saying everything was fine at the original location

"A complete disaster "

We booked 2 queen rooms. We paid and then they said when we arrived, they only had 1 room available. So my kids had to stay in a separate hotel down the road making our check in a nightmare. It hasnever happened before or since. We would like a credit from Hotels.com for the inconvenience. We were in town for a convention and this reservation mishap caused us to be in an unnecessary time crunch. Again, i expect a credit for a room in the future.
