Extended Stay America Suites - Columbia - Columbia Corporate Park

The Extended Stay Columbia Corporate location has shown us outstanding customer service! The General Manager M.K , and his team Korin and Nasir! My family and I are Extending our stay!!

The location was fine

The tub was not the best

It seemed secure and location seemed good.

Breakfast was limited , at 645 only 4 cups available and snacks were under 10 pieces. At 7 am no cups available and no one at desk. Restrooms on 1st floor were locked and could not use . No warmth. Refrigerator did not work, chair broken and stove burner broken no ice on premise.

This is my third time visiting this hotel in the past two months, it's a great value for your money, the staff very friendly, great location , I will stay again in the same hotel on my next visit . I wish they serve better coffee in the morning,

There were roaches in our room. Old furniture. Stains and chipping on table. Water did not get hot. Advertised breakfast. Barely continental. Breakfast bar and coffee/tea.

The front desk lady was sweet and accommodating in giving me a refund because I left and did not stay the night.

My original room was not cleaned and then the room I was given was old. The bathtub had rust and there was mold on a lot of the furniture. I did not stay the night and left.
