Remodeling and clean the property up when I drove back up at 9pm guy was sitting in there car and standing around smoking weed.

Péssima limpeza, café da manhã era uma piada de mau gosto, um café e um muffin, cheiro, vizinhos (pois o hotel acomoda moradores), no estacionamento, á noite, tinham pessoas dormindo "morando", dentro de carros. As 5 da manhã, já tinha barulho nos corredores.

AC didn't work, blood stain on the sheets, tobacco on the couch, and ROACHES! One even fell out of my daughters clothes as she was gathering up her stuff to leave.

The staff was nice and friendly

Staff was pleasant.

There were bugs in the room and blood on the bathroom ceiling.

A garbage bag was lying in the hallway over night plus some garbage on the hallway floor. Carpets looked generally dirty. The elevator was not particularly clean either and made strange noises when moving, leaving me to wonder if I will make it to the next floor. The device to open the door, that reads the room key worked very poorly, requiring to insert and remove the room key many times until it was recognized. This was not an issue with the room key, because it worked flawlessly on the outside doors of the facility. The room itself had a musky odor, the lamp cover in the kitchen area was partially disconnected, and the bathtub was extremely slippery and had a U-shaped bottom, making it a challenge not to fall. Free breakfast was included in the stay, but only coffee and quaker oatmeal was provided, no milk for the oatmeawl, no yoghurt, nothing else. Since the stay included breakfast, I feel taken advantage of, because I was charged for something that was not provided. I have stayed in an extended stay America before, about 20 years ago in West-Sacramento. At the time that stay was not great, but acceptable. The Extended Stay America in Raleigh, NC did not meet that threshold. I felt uncomfortable there and I would not recommend that place to anybody.

The location was where we needed it to be.

LOTS of things were broken, starting with the front entrance doors. The booking said breakfast included, but it was not. The dining area was closed off and they had coffee in the lobby with a basket with 1 cereal bar and called it “grab and go” breakfast. We booked a room w/ 2 beds, we got there and the room assigned to us only had 1 bed and a pull out sofa, so they had to change our rooms. The bathtub was completely gross. It has been resurfaced with a grainy like material that had worn off. We wouldn’t even use it. There was not 1 trashcan in the entire room, not even the bathroom.
