It was easy to get to.

The building itself was not clean, run down. The lobby was dirty. Our room that was booked was not available. They gave me a 1 bed room, I reserved a 2 bed room. The room we ended up with appeared to be clean, definitely run down but bed and bathroom looked ok. We went to bed. Woke up to a palmetto bug on the bathroom floor and cockroaches were on the kitchenette stove burner. The area where the vending machines are had trash, cigarette butts,and deaf bugs on the floor. The pool area was filled with dead palmetto bugs and multiple packs worth of cigarette butts were everywhere. I booked the room for 2 nights, but informed the front desk woman that I was not staying for another night. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody....disgusting

Cockroaches are running in the bathroom and towels are with hairs. Smell really bad and we don’t have a good time staying here.

We booked 2 nights and only stayed 1. The bathroom door was broken; if you closed it, you were stuck and required someone from outside to help. The shower curtain was far too short (for a bathtub!) and flooded the bathroom. There were bugs, the floor was sticky, and it was clear no one had swept from the dirt and debris on the ground. Dirty kitchenette. No outlets near the bed nightstand. There was supposed to be a “grab and go” breakfast from 6:30-9 but when we went down at 8 there was nothing but a coffee cart, no food. We sought a refund for the one night we left but the property didn’t even bother responding.

The hotel was a great location near gas areas and food places being that I had children with me on this outting. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping always kept a smile on his face. I would book this area again the kids loved it.

It was in the process of revamping so the halls were a little cluttered at first, some of the tenants were loud and the pets were barking, I went down one hall and it smelled of dog poop very strong odor it wasn't the hall that I was booked on so I did not revisit that hall during my stay, Overall the tenants were nice and kept the outside very clean after themselves. 9 The pool Area was very clean minus a few towels and smoke packages that some tenants left behind after swimming And the breakfast was not as expected but for what it's worth packets of oatmeal, grits coffee and nutragrain fruit bars are better than nothing and occasionally some muffins .I give this stay a 9 and will rebook this area for the covienence of the location.

Constantly got locked out of our room due to broken door . Pretty dirty . Understaffed , although the staff that was there was nice , they are not able to keep up with things due to the horrible conditions. Weird smell . Had to leave because they were renovating beds which we found out upon arrival.

This property looked nothing like the photos or any other extended stay I’ve been to! Major upgrades are needed and an exterminator is greatly needed for in the few minutes I was in the room before asking for my refund, roaches were running in and out of the A/C unit and the couch! I do not recommend, extremely dirty…
