Extended Stay America Suites - Raleigh - RTP - 4919 Miami Blvd

Inside; Old run down, needs a scrub down entire place. it didn't smell good either. you will have to pay 100.00 for incidents or they will not let you stay even though it appears you have paid to stay. I was going to cancel, didn't want the hassle with hotels dot com to get my money back.So we suck it up and made the best of it.

First room was not made up, mattress was up against the wall. Second room smelled funny, had to make my own bed, bugs, no face towels.

The water was hot.

The unit was very old. The carpet was dirty, the room it itself was not cleaned properly. There was a hole in the fridge door, one of the two burners worked and. it was covered in black stuff. Y’all advertise that the kitchen comes fully equipped however that’s false because front desk informed me that I had ti come to the front desk to get everything I would need for the kitchen. Once I got down there she told me they were out of stuff. The room slept 4 people so it should have 4 towels sets however it was 4 stained bath towels, 2 stained hand towels and 2 stained washcloths. I called to get more but I was told that they could take the towels I had put my room number on it and it could be washed. So I just went out and brought towels for me and my family. There was ceiling damage in the bathroom, under bathroom sink, under island in kitchen. There was ac by the bed had a dent in it . Also, I’m not sure if someone was living here before by the same last name but after I got checked in a piece of mail was hanging in our door, no knock nothing. I understand that I wasn’t going to get the highest quality but y’all don’t have the basics.

The staff is very pleasant

People were messy in hallways , chips left smashed over carpet , over a 4 ft radius. Doors propped open all over building for homeless people easy access. Trash out front left by people.

When I first got there, the place looks a little older.A few people I counted walking to the front desk was nice the lady at the front desk was very very nice and accommodating when we get to our room things changed a little, there was not brown single chair that goes wait couch, only one chair for bar that was pulled out from wall about 3 inches. Only one vanity sink when all the pictures had two. Had to ask for dishes because there was no dishes in the kitchenette. The lady up front was very nice she said the dishes are on first come first serves and she would look for me some dishes and she would call me back in a few minutes if she had any she didn't. So after bringing our groceries because we got a kitchenette we had to go out to eat and spend money we didn't have we were on a budget. When we get back home she catches Us coming in the front door and informs us that she has found us some dishes for our kitchenette

If you like roaches and people that live there like live there I'm talking about like druggies and none of the anemones like dishes for the kitchenette for anything like that broken beds this is the place for you

Horrible experience!!!! No good service, not a clean place. Its very dirty and nasty disgusting ill never be renting this again and i recommend everybody not to do it. Poor quality , no extra towels. No housekeeping at all.!!!!! There are roaches. The bathtub is all messed up. The room smells bad. If i could leave - stars i would!!!!!

The property was nasty and full of roaches. The reservation was for 4 days but the actual stay was less then 4 hours. Check-out with folio (receipt) to validate. The phone number doesn't work and Expedia is upholding standing the nasty vendor. They said they continue to email and there is no redponse from the hotel. What the hell is this type of crap. Im going to look into taking this matter to small ckaims court.
