I have pictures of ants all everywhere the room was smelling like dogs been in there and when you said something to the check-in person last night she just ignored but the one tonight she kind of listen the room even smell like smoke like somebody smoke

Too noisy, i paid for a room for 3 and they gave me a room with only 1 bed í communicated with from desk i was told that was the only room available after i had paid, no kitchen utensils, ac not very cool, dirty hallway on all floors paper and food all around , poor breakfast
