"Fantastically Disappointing And Incredibly Uncomfortable"

I liked the idea of having a great vacation with my partner but instead of the great vacation starting off with a relaxing check in we started it with uncomfortable difficulties and a lack of care for our stay. In short to be honest I loved the idea they had showed off online as a budget friendly hotel with luxury and comfort but as soon as you park you see what you’re getting into.

Starting with the kitchen in the room the sink was clogged with who knows what upon arrival, there were just random lost pieces of hairs everywhere. The toilet , the bath, the PILLOWS is what made me feel disgusted. I was charged a random 30 dollars by the way for an item I supposedly stole. I promise you when I tell you I searched my car and both me and my partners luggage just to make sure several times. I don’t understand how I was on top of charged an extra 100 I was charged 30 dollars for an item I don’t have. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
