Soon as check inn our Rooms Key didn’t work they give us new keys soon as we open the Room smail was very bed in All the Rooms it took us 30 minutes to check inn we ask them Chang our Rooms they Refused we call Booking.com your Agent put us hold for 2o minutes than he told nothing he do I try to talk to there they refused and check us out and give us check out papers and closed the door on us your Agent was no help They charge me Almost $1600 for not staying unbelievable
