Days Inn by Wyndham Plattsburgh

The bacon was excellent.

The sausages were small.

Very bad, front desk staff is always drunk or feeling high ( specially night shift), never answer the phone. And room service has stolen my two items including charger. When I was trying to complain they said they don’t know. Very disappointing and frustrating. And manager was hiding and never responded on checking camera. Cleaning staff enter to the room even with do not disturb signs

Location was surrounded by restaurants & Walmart close by. Lobby with comfortable seating. Arcade. Good breakfast. Elevator. Clean. Comfy. Fridge, microwave, & hair dryer. Huge flat-screen & strong Wi-Fi connection. Wonderful outlet positions for recharging.

Some things had been damaged but not repaired, e.g., iron burn mark on carpet & bad stain on one of the chairs. Made the room seem tacky in an otherwise VERY nice place. Many lights, but I like to read in bed & the bedside lights just weren't bright enough for me.

Arrival on June 1st at this hotel. the person at the reception desk is very unpleasant!! really not professional!! and this morning I meet her again...unbelievable how unfriendly this person is!! makes a face...answers incorrectly...throws the papers on the counter.. .she should never work at reception in a hotel

Bien situé. Disons que ces vraiment désuets et vieux mais aucune coquerelles ou insectes indésirables du moins dans ma chambre 😂

La douche il y avait de l'eau chaude en bas mais rendu dans le pommeau l'eau était tiède, le support a rideau de douche ne tenait presque que pas.

Convenient location and good price

Everything was dirty. The room had a faint pee smell. There were flies in the bathroom bith dead and alive. The pool was distgustingly dirty and the jacuzzi was so hot that my wife and I couldn't even enjoy it. There were also no towels provided in the pool area and lots of dead bugs in there as well. The curtains in our room on the first floor were see through and unable to provide any real privacy. The staff at the front desk were nice but on our last day we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle and check out is at 11 AM but at 8 AM that morning we had house keeping staff banging on our door repeatedly even after we told them we didn't need anything and we would be leaving by checkout. We had planned on leaving at 10:30 and wanted to be able to sleep in before out long journey home and being woken up that early when I'm paying to stay somewhere where I still have hours left in my opinion is unacceptable. I come to plattsburgh once a year but I'll never stay at the days inn in Plattsburgh ever again after this experience.
