"Just didnt feel clean, luckily i brought some stuff and did the job.. as for no working fan you should really follow up"

"A bit scary, but the actual room was nice."

The hotel was a great value stay, I enjoyed the air conditioning and the comfy bed.

The hot tub was extremely warm. The more alarming complaint I have is that housekeeping tried to come into my room 3 times the morning of checkout before 11 am. I had a do not disturb sign on the door and the man (housekeeper) kept trying to come in. When I did leave my room the man was staring at me from down the hall and then followed me all the way to checkout and stood less than a foot away from me as I checked out. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I’m not sure what his intentions were.

The breakfast.

I booked to rooms well ahead of time. Staff made a mistake and only assigned one room to my name. After only receiving keys for one room, I had to remind them I had two rooms. At that point, we were placed on different floors. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and had kids on different floors.

Le petit déjeuner etait bien. Le lit comfortable.

Nous aurions voulu faire du Spa, mais le spa n’était vraiment pas propre. Les poubelles aussi n’avait pas été changé dans notre chambre.
