"Very shitty they steal from peoples card and make up stories"

They had a small game room

Upon entering there was white stuff all over the carpet someone’s food was in the refrigerator and microwave and there was wrappers all over myself and others that stayed checked in late ate some food we went outside to smoke went back in and went to bed when I woke up I had multiple notifications where the hotel had tried to charge my card $350 then $250 then $100 then finally $25 I questioned them and they had told me a house keeper had seen a cloud of smoke come from the room that the room smelt like smoke. WE DID NOT SMOKE INSIDE THEY WATCHED US GO OUT AND BACK IN! I argued my point and then also questioned why at 7:30 AM when we were all sleeping and this woman was legit stumbling over her words this hotel ripped me off and it wasn’t even clean or worth my stay.

Staff was rude first keys would not work when I went back to front desk he treated me like I did not know what I was doing room also had ado not disturb sign on door the guy got into an argument with someone on the phone about where I should be I almost left my husband was getting very angry with the guy
